The picture on the left is a general view from above the Bells.
Six bells were fitted in the tower in 1824. In 1927 the bells were retuned and fittings modernised. In 2002 the 1824 wooden frame was strengthened The red items in the picture are the Strengthening bolts and brackets. In the strenghthening the wooden gate, between bells 5 and 6, was removed and replaced by a steel gate. The picture on the left shows the new gate.
