St Nicholas Church is located on Church Street at the East end of the town, close to the ruins of the ancient Augustinian Gisborough Priory (yes, the spelling of the priory’s name misses the first “u”).

For the SatNav users the post code is TS14 6BS (Church Street GUISBOROUGH)
There is a short-term pay-and-display car park right next to the Church with disabled bays. This may be full at busy times but there are a number of short-and longer-term pay-and-display car parks within easy walking distance and there is disc parking (maximum stay 2 hours) on the town’s main street (Westgate).
There are frequent bus services from many of the surrounding towns and villages including the larger local centres – Middlesbrough, Redcar, Saltburn, Whitby, Loftus, Stokesley and Great Ayton.
In addition to Service times, the church is open to visitors during the months of May to September, Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10.30 to 11.30 and from 14.00 to 15.00 each day.
We have a number of leaflets and booklets available for a small charge which contain detailed information about our church building.
